A graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor degree in architecture and a masters degree in architecture and urban design, Marc has designed a wide variety of award winning projects over a span of more than 40 years.

Marc was profiled as one of the top 15 architects in Denver (BuildDirect 2016).

Marc was a design principal with Semple Brown Design (SBD) for 26 years, where he designed such notable projects as the Revitalization of Larimer Square project, The Denver School of the Arts, Pura Vida Fitness Club, Racines Restaurant, Graland Country Day School Commons Building, and the Stanley British Primary School gymnasium.

It is Marc’s belief that everyone deserves to live and work in surroundings that provide that intangible sense of well-being.  He approaches each project with fresh eyes and an open mind.  He listens to his clients goals and dreams.  He shares expertise , a creative vision and keeps asking questions.  Together Marc and his client arrive at a solution that is functional, innovative, cost effective and beautiful.

Marc is a Modernist with a profound respect for historic fabric, sensibilities and precedent.

He is attentive to the particularities of place and the intellectual and intuitive discipline of design.

Marc has drawn the house sketches for the Park Hill House Tour for over 25 years. His passions include sketching, photography, the 5-string banjo, and competitive tennis.
