Asbury Court

Asbury Court is a $7million, ¾ acre, sustainably designed “green” housing development located in south Denver.  The project consists of three single family and 17 modern townhomes.  This Planned Unit Development was designed to enrich the neighborhood. Community interaction and feedback were priorities from conception of the project.

Sustainable features include: recycled and rapidly renewable materials, energy-efficient construction, and permeable paving which is intended to reduce storm water runoff and improve water quality.  The project was designed to meet LEED Silver designation.

The uniqueness of the design is evident in the conversion of the existing alley into an urban/pedestrian walkway, single-wide drive -through garages, courtyard mews,  and rooftop.
