Larimer Square Revitalization & Master Plan

Denver, Colorado

This award winning project included master planning, rehabilitation of historic buildings and facades, and construction of a new streetscape. The Master planning process identified an inventory of property assets, potential on-site development sites, pedestrian circulation, public event suitability, and building restoration.  Projects such as the Bull and Bear Courtyard, The Champion Building, Kettle Arcade, Avenue of Shops, the Graham Building, the Larimer Streetscape and Larimer Square Parking Garage defined Larimer Square as a nationally known mixed use, tourist oriented historic district.

Cherokee Ranch & Castle Site Improvements

Sedalia, Colorado

Located 20 miles south of Denver, this remarkable structure was constructed in 1924.  Originally designed in the manner of a Scottish Castle, Home on the Range, it is sited on 3100 unspoiled acres.  The site has panoramic Front Range views.  The site renovation included new plazas, stairways, and landscaped planting complementary with the historic building.  The Cherokee Ranch & Castle Foundation now operates the property as an events center, educational and performance space.
