Larimer Square Historic District

The non-historic arcade created in the late 1960's by demolishing the historic store fronts was abandoned and new storefronts, compatible with the historic district, were installed. Not only did this restore the historic relationship of the storefront to the sidewalk and street, retail square footage was increased.
